Cinnamon: Another Indian aromatic spice is used in Indian dishes and do not wonder if you get to know it can even be used in fragrances. Cinnamon used to many baked items, tea, Indian cuisines for its aromatic and tasty flavor. It is basically a bark of a cinnamon tree. Do not be surprised it is used as it is into Indian pickles. It is known to give power of memory if eaten daily.

Fenugreek: Fenugreek is a powerful dry ingredient in Indian kitchen. It can even be used in pickles and buttermilk to drink. It is known to keep cholesterol in check if a spoonful is taken daily. Its powder is used in curries very profoundly.

Coriander: Coriander powder is very often used in chutneys, curries, pickles and to even make masala chilli powder. It is known to aid in quick digestion and keep cholesterol in check.
